Founders
Gonzalo Strauss
Gonzalo Strauss is co-founder and CEO of Datanomik, a platform that transforms corporate treasury into a strategic center for efficiency and value generation through automation, banking integration, and cash intelligence. Prior to Datanomik, he served as Product Director at Astropay.
He graduated in Systems Engineering from the ORT Uruguay University and actively participates in the technology and treasury ecosystem in Brazil, where he is also the coordinator of the PJ working group for the Central Bank (BACEN).
Sergio Fogel
Sergio has been co-founder of Datanomik since 2022 and also co-founder of DLocal, created in 2016, where he serves as President and Chief Strategy Officer. A serial entrepreneur and active investor, he has founded companies such as Elagora.com, Uniotel and Astropay, in addition to investing in more than 15 technology startups.
He is Vice President of Endeavor Uruguay and a member of the boards of the Impulso school and the NGO REDALCO.
Sergio has an MBA from INSEAD (France), a Bachelor in Computer Science (Summa Cum Laude) and a Master in Computer Science from the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology.
