The cash left over at the end of the day earns all night.
Alokia moves the excess balance of each account into an interest-bearing account with no IOF and immediate liquidity. For funds that sit idle for up to 17 days, it earns more than bank auto-investment and a CDB at 100% of CDI.
Earning from the first night, without giving up your cash.
No IOF on redemption
The yield loses nothing to IOF, not even the next day. That is what stops short-term cash from being idle money.
Immediate liquidity
The balance can go back to your accounts on any business day, with no lock-up and no maturity.
Automatic round trip
Cash pooling rules send the excess and bring the money back when a payment needs it. Nobody has to remember to invest.
From idle balance to yield, without spreadsheets.
Three steps that run on their own every business day
1. Write the rule
When an account's balance goes above the amount you set, the excess goes to the interest account at the time you choose, by PIX or TED. Before saving, you already see how much would go out today.
2. It earns far more in the first days
On the first night, the interest account earns 15 times what a CDB at 100% of CDI delivers after IOF. The advantage shrinks with the term, but up to day 17 it stays higher.
3. Redeem through the bank you need
The way in and the way out do not have to use the same bank. Send the excess from Banco do Brasil and redeem at Itaú, where the next day's payments are.

Frequently asked questions
What is Alokia?
It is Datanomik's line dedicated to making companies' cash earn. The first product is the Interest Account, which moves the idle balance at the end of the day into an account with daily yield, no IOF and immediate liquidity.
Who offers the interest account?
The account is offered by a partner financial institution authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil, under its own contract and terms. Datanomik connects your company's accounts and runs the cash pooling rules for the way in and the way out.
Why does it earn more than a CDB at 100% of CDI?
Because of IOF. Redemptions in under 30 days pay IOF on the yield, starting at 96% on the first day and falling to zero on the thirtieth. The interest account has no IOF, so for terms of up to 17 days the net yield is higher.
What about money that sits idle for longer?
From 18 days on, a CDB at 100% of CDI breaks even and then earns more. For those terms, it makes sense to invest in other products, and Investment Portfolio tracks everything in one place.
Can I redeem to a different bank than the one that sent the money?
Yes. The way-in and way-out rules are independent. You can send the excess from an account at Banco do Brasil and redeem to an account at Itaú, where the next day's payments are.
Do I need to switch banks?
No. Your bank accounts stay as they are. Each company in the group gets its own interest account, and the cash pooling rules only move the excess you define.
